Overview

The report describes Matexi Group's 2025 activity, with turnover of 395 million euros and more than 300 employees across Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. Sustainability is organised through Planet, People and Profit, supported by a Double Materiality Assessment and a Sustainability Matrix; 96% of screened projects achieved a sustainable label in 2025. The company reports combined Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 580,7 tonnes of CO2e and delivered 1,176 affordable and energy-efficient units. Its activities also included extensive brownfield redevelopment, biodiversity, circularity, mobility and water-management initiatives.
