Overview

The report presents McDermott's 2020 environmental and social performance, including 183,523 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 69,286 tCO2e of Scope 2 emissions, and 60,529 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. It reports 27,728 employees at year-end, more than 257,000 training hours, 1.4 billion liters of water consumed, and 177 million kg of waste generated. The report also sets a 50% reduction target for Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2030 and describes Board oversight of Sustainability and enterprise risk management.
