Sustainability Report

The report describes MC's 2025 sustainability performance across climate, circularity and people. Direct greenhouse gas emissions fell by approximately 7% from the previous year, and mapped private-label packaging reached a 95.8% recyclability rate. The report also describes food-waste reduction efforts and records 44,164 employees, with women holding 43.4% of leadership positions.
