Annual Report and Accounts

The report highlights a growing workforce, which exceeded 8,000 employees for the first time. It describes more than 20,000 hours of employee community work, with over 1,500 staff volunteering across more than 400 projects. Environmental initiatives included recycling over 70% of generated waste and setting a 75% recycling standard for 2009.
