Overview

The report presents MediaTek's 2023 sustainability performance across its global workforce, climate strategy, governance, supply chain, and community programs. It reports 19,104 global employees and describes initiatives supporting diversity, employee development, and technology talent. Operational emissions were 4,001 ton CO2e for Scope 1 and 88,299 ton CO2e for Scope 2, alongside a 40% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 from 2020.
