Group Sustainability Reporting

The report is Mediobanca Group’s first annual sustainability report for the year ended 30 June 2017. It reports 4,518 staff, 43% women, and 769 hires, while excluding the 280 Banca Esperia staff acquired during the year. Environmental disclosures include renewable electricity in Italy, direct and indirect emissions, and water consumption. The Group reports no bribery or corruption instances and no fatal accidents.
