Group Sustainability

The report describes Mediobanca Group's 2022-23 sustainability performance, including 5,227 employees and a workforce that is 42% women. It reports 2,885 tonn CO2 of Scope 1 emissions, 43 tonn CO2 of market-based Scope 2 emissions, and 3,451 tonn CO2 of Scope 3 emissions.
