Annual Accounts and Report

The report is Mediobanca Group’s first consolidated sustainability statement prepared under ESRS and CSRD requirements. It reports a 2024-2025 workforce of 5,533 employees and gross Scope 1, location-based and market-based Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, with Scope 3 dominated by financed investments. The company describes a 2050 net-zero ambition, a 35% portfolio emissions-intensity reduction target by 2030, and extensive ESG governance through the Board, Sustainability Committee, Risk Committee, and ESG Management Committee. EY provided limited assurance over the consolidated sustainability statement.
