Impact Report

The report explains CRIF's methodology for estimating avoided CO2 emissions from Mediobanca's Green Buildings Loans Portfolio, using EPC data, national benchmarks and loan-to-value attribution. It reports an eligible loan portfolio allocation of 1.157,9 mln €, 11.395,7 tons of avoided emissions, 9,8 tons per mln €, and 58.370,1 MWh of energy savings. The report also presents portfolio results by region and eligibility criteria.
