Overview

The report is Megaport's first sustainability report and describes ESG as encompassing environmental impact, governance, customer-centricity, and employees. For FY21, it highlights a 29.6% female workforce, a 30% increase in DE&I confidence through MPI Changemakers, and three women and four men on the board. Environmentally, Megaport hired its first ESG Manager, created a two-year ESG Roadmap, and commissioned a third-party FY22 carbon inventory.
