Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report covers the Group's ESG performance for the year ended 31 March 2026. It reports 1,380 tCO2e of total GHG emissions, including location-based Scope 2 emissions of 1,310 tCO2e, and a target to reduce total GHG emissions by at least 10% against a 2019 baseline. The Group reports 97 full-time employees and no work-related fatalities in the past three years. Climate governance is overseen by the Board, supported by regular risk assessments and rooftop photovoltaic panels at its Hong Kong premises.
