Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report describes the Royal Melbourne Hospital's 2022-23 ESG work across environmental performance, inclusion, and responsible supply chains. Greenhouse gas emissions decreased by 6.4 per cent, while more than 5,500 staff completed First Nations Cultural Awareness training. The report also details supplier questionnaires, risk assessments, and continuous-improvement actions to address modern slavery risks. Governance was supported by an ESG Working Group and Board involvement in sustainability strategy.
