Annual Report

The report presents Melexis' 2019 sustainability disclosures for the whole organization, including a year-end workforce of 1,523 employees and no work-related fatalities or serious injuries. It describes initiatives covering employee well-being, STEM education, supply-chain responsibility and environmental management. The company also reports passing all ISO 14001 audits in 2019 and sets out measures to reduce waste, emissions and energy use.
