Sustainability Report

The report covers Meliá Hotels International's full 2012 sustainability performance, including a carbon footprint for Scope 1, Scope 2 and employee-transport Scope 3 emissions. It reports 38,021 employees and describes the recalculation of the 2011 carbon footprint under a revised methodology. The report follows GRI G3.1 and includes external PwC review of its contents and performance indicators.
