Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes Melrose's 2017 Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across its four divisions, reflecting the Group's decentralised operating model. It reports 11,351 Group employees, including 3,706 women and 7,645 men. The report also presents Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions prepared under the GHG Protocol, alongside division-level environmental improvements such as recycling and energy reduction projects. Health and safety performance is presented to and reviewed by the Melrose Board.
