Impact Management Report

The report presents MI's business model through an integrated reporting framework and six-capital value creation approach. It describes stakeholder engagement and a materiality assessment informed by GRI, integrated reporting, and the SDGs. For FY 2023/24, MI reports a workforce of 1,198, water consumption of 13,287 m3, energy consumption of 1,512,514 kWh, and green lending of Rs 3.5 billion. The sustainability strategy also covers financial inclusion, community investment, resource efficiency, and a Sustainable Finance Committee.
