Overview

The report describes Daimler’s 2019 sustainability strategy as centered on electrification, CO2-neutral mobility and resource conservation. It reports €9.7 billion of research and development expenditure and identifies the Group Sustainability Board as the central sustainability management body reporting to the Board of Management. The Non-Financial Report covers environmental, employee, social, integrity and human-rights matters and received independent limited assurance from KPMG.
