Annual Report

The report presents MBSL's sixth annual integrated report for 2019, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards Core option and the Integrated Reporting Framework. It reports a 1,000-person workforce, with 383 female employees, alongside materiality analysis and detailed human-capital development. Environmental highlights include weekly monitoring of energy, water and paper use and a green lending portfolio of Rs. 662.54 Mn. The report also documents technology investment, process digitization and expanded customer access across 49 branches.
