Annual Report

The report describes a Group-wide Corporate Responsibility Committee, a workforce of 38,154 employees at year-end, and zero workplace fatalities in 2013. It also reports a 20% reduction target for total direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions by 2020 against a 2006 baseline, with emissions already reduced by around 1% relative to that baseline. The report further highlights participation in the UN Global Compact, ISO 14001 environmental management certification and CDP climate and water engagement.
