Annual Report

The report describes a strong 2021 performance, with Group net sales of EUR 19,687 million and a workforce of 60,348 employees. It reports approximately 1,843,000 metric tons of Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 5,716,000 metric tons of Scope 3 emissions. The company set targets to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030, lower Scope 3 emissions by 1,500 metric kilotons by 2030, and achieve climate-neutral operations across the value chain by 2040. It also decided to join the Science Based Targets initiative and expanded sustainability oversight and assurance.
