The report presents an EES sustainability statement with a GRI-based materiality assessment. It reports that female employees represented 59% of the total workforce and 16% of managerial positions as of December 2018. Employee development was also prominent, with 9,825 total training hours and 9.83 average training hours per employee in 2018.
