KPI Report Corporate Responsibility

The report highlights a 2022/23 absolute emissions total of 2,710,106 t CO2 (CO2 equivalents), a 39.7% specific reduction against 2011, total energy consumption of 1,911,966 MWh, and a workforce of 84,336 full-time equivalents. It also reports that METRO set SBTi targets and that KPMG externally audited the sustainability information. The report presents detailed water, waste, packaging, safety, diversity and community KPIs, with several indicators excluding entities because of consolidation or data-availability changes.
