Overview

The report presents METRO's first sustainability report prepared using ESRS and a group-level double materiality assessment. It sets a 2050 net-zero GHG target covering own operations and the upstream and downstream value chain. It reports gross 2024/25 Scope 1, location-based Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 383,375, 414,465 and 32,778,981 t CO2e, respectively.
