Sustainability Annual Report

The report covers Metrovacesa Group's 2022 sustainability performance across environmental, social and governance topics. It reports 107 t CO2 eq of Scope 1 emissions and 397 t CO2 eq of Scope 2 emissions, with a combined Scope 1 and 2 total of 504 t CO2 eq. The company set a carbon-neutrality target for 2040 and identifies the Board of Directors as the highest sustainability oversight body.
