Sustainability Report

The report describes the September 2023 start-up of the Kemi bioproduct mill, which uses zero fossil fuels and produces renewable energy beyond its own needs. It reports Scope 3 emissions for the first time, with value-chain emissions totalling 5,891,347 tCO2e. The company also funded 23 biodiversity management and restoration projects in Finland for EUR 600,000.
