Annual Report

The report describes a successful fiscal 2014, with revenues of EUR 13,091 k and EBIT of EUR 3,890 k, while noting the expected strategic impact of Hologic's planned cooperation-model change. At year-end, MMS AG reported 97 permanent employees and 11 temporary student testers, equivalent to 94 FTE. Its quality system was certified to EN ISO 13485:2012 + AC: 2012. The report also records that MMS AG no longer represented a group after the 2013 integration and therefore prepared separate IFRS financial statements.
