Sustainability Report

The report presents Mediaset Group's 2019 economic, social and environmental performance across Italy, Spain and other countries. It reports 4,984 employees, 49,973 training hours and 48% female workforce, alongside a 33% share of women on the Board. Environmental disclosures include 406 TJ of energy consumption, 4,116 tonnes of Scope 1 emissions, 33,249 tonnes of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 1,810 tonnes of waste. The Group also reports no episodes of corruption in 2019 and describes its ESG materiality matrix and limited external assurance.
