Annual Report

The report presents MFE-MediaForEurope's first consolidated Sustainability Statement under ESRS, including double materiality, EU Taxonomy, climate, workforce, and business-conduct disclosures. For 2024, it reports total energy consumption of 98,169 MWh, with 80% from renewable sources, and gross emissions of 5,079 tCO2e Scope 1, 15,922 tCO2e location-based Scope 2, and 864,771 tCO2e Scope 3. The workforce totaled 5,194 employees, while women represented 47% of the 15-member Board of Directors. Deloitte Accountants B.V. provided limited assurance over the consolidated Sustainability Statement.
