Overview

The report describes Micron's FY19 sustainability performance and its 2020 environmental aspirations. It reports 8,564,993 MWh of worldwide energy consumption, 11M cubic meters of water consumption and 183M kilograms of total waste. Micron also sets an aspiration to reduce GHG emissions by 40% from a 2018 base year and to expand renewable energy, water reuse and zero-landfill efforts. Sustainability oversight extends to the board of directors, alongside broad diversity, equality and inclusion initiatives.
