Annual Report

The report presents MIECO's FY2021 sustainability statement covering all subsidiaries and the period 1 January to 31 December 2021. It describes a materiality survey of 21 sustainability topics and identifies thirteen material topics across economic and social themes. Environmental disclosures include plant-level Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions, waste disposal and recycling, water consumption, and electricity consumption. Social highlights include zero fatalities across the Group and 1,375 man hours devoted to CSR programmes.
