Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes Migatronic's 2017 responsibility efforts across product design, production, social inclusion, workplace health, climate initiatives, and gender representation. A new welding machine reduced standby power from 0.8 W to 0 W and open-circuit consumption from approximately 35 W to 30 W. LED replacement was expected to save 4,080 kWh annually and 2,244 kg of CO2 emissions per year. The report also describes an employment workshop, an ergonomics course for all employees, and one woman among six supervisory board members, alongside an ambition to reach at least one woman among the four AGM-elected members by 2021.
