Overview

The report presents Mikron's 2024 sustainability activities across governance, workforce, climate and resource management. It reports 1,588 Group employees and describes the Group's first structured expansion of Scope 3 assessment, including 192 tCO2eq for Scope 3 Category 5. Mikron also set a goal to reduce emissions to less than 1,600 t of CO2 by 2030 from 3,300 t in 2019. The report states that it follows TCFD, complies with ESRS, and includes a GRI content index.
