Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Millicom's 2015 Corporate Responsibility performance across eight material issues and a broad set of group KPIs. The company reported 15,956 employees and disclosed 17 work-related fatalities, comprising one staff and 16 contractor fatalities. Environmental performance included 804,195 MWh of total energy consumption and a 51% reduction in normalized CO2 emissions per base station against the 2008 baseline. The report was prepared in accordance with GRI G4 core and independently assured by DNV GL under AA1000AS.
