Annual Report

The report presents Millicom's 2024 sustainability disclosures within its Annual Report, including a double materiality assessment aligned with CSRD/ESRS and EU Taxonomy disclosures. It reports 2024 gross emissions of 28,417 tCO2eq Scope 1, 112,679 tCO2eq market-based Scope 2 and 1,113,863 tCO2eq Scope 3, alongside 791,624 MWh total energy consumption and a 9% renewable share. Workforce disclosure covers 14,185 employees, one employee fatality and two contractor fatalities, and the company reports 161,397 women trained through Conectadas. KPMG provided limited assurance over 15 selected ESG metrics.
