Overview

The report presents Nornickel Group's 2023 sustainability performance across climate, biodiversity and human capital. It reports 7.5 mt of actual Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, alongside a 2.2 mt Sulphur Programme provision, and continued investment in emissions reduction. The Big Scientific Expedition discovered two new species and advanced ecosystem-health assessment. The Group also reported an average headcount of 80,562 and extensive employee training and safety programmes.
