Corporate Responsibility Annual Report

The report presents NH Hoteles' 2010 economic, environmental and social performance across 397 hotels in 24 countries. It highlights a workforce of 18,294 full-time-equivalent employees and a 17.2% reduction in the carbon footprint versus the previous period. The report also describes energy, water and waste efficiency initiatives, supplier sustainability projects and social action programmes. KPMG provided a limited assurance review of the reported non-financial information.
