Environmental Social Governance Report

The report, MISSION Group's first ESG report, covers 2022 performance across environmental, social, and governance priorities. Total emissions increased 3% in 2022 as commuting rose, but remained 40% below the 2019 baseline. Social results included 74% positive inclusion and 85% positive responses on authenticity at work, while a quarterly Steering Committee embedded ESG into Group decision-making.
