Environmental Social Governance Report

The report presents MISSION's ESG approach for 2025 across environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports 2024 total emissions of 3,284 tCO2e and a 32% decrease compared with pre-pandemic levels, while setting a 44% reduction target by 2029 and Net-Zero by 2050. Social priorities focus on inclusive workplaces, wellbeing and development for more than 900 colleagues across 22 locations and three continents.
