The report presents FY2018 group performance, including revenue of £2,152m, statutory Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 239,742 tCO2e, a 4.7% median gender pay gap and approximately 1,800 active apprentices. It also describes energy, waste, water, food sourcing and responsible business initiatives.
