Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes Mitie's FY19/20 launch of Plan Zero, a commitment to reach net zero carbon by 2025, supported by electric-fleet expansion, renewable electricity, waste reduction and building-efficiency measures. It also presents a TCFD-aligned climate disclosure with Board oversight through the Social Value & Responsible Business Committee and a Plan Zero steering group. Environmental reporting includes Group certifications including ISO14001, ISO50001 and BS8001, plus FY19/20 location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 27,072 tCO2e, down 6% from the revised prior year.
