The report describes a successful 2018 for the MLP Group, with total revenue increasing to EUR 666.0 million and growth across its consulting fields. Sustainability reporting was organized around eight key fields of action and aligned with the German Sustainability Code. The company continued expanding employee training and development while advancing digitalisation, including Group-wide digital governance and client-facing services. Wealth management, non-life insurance, real estate brokerage, and digital client acquisition were highlighted as important growth drivers.
