Annual Report

The report describes a 15-month period in which Mobico launched its ‘Simplify, Strengthen, Succeed’ turnaround strategy, targeting cost savings and deleveraging. It reports group revenue of £3,358.0m and adjusted revenue of £3,419.9m, alongside record Alsa performance and adjusted operating profit of £231.0m. Environmental highlights include 1,329 zero-emission vehicles in service or on order, SBTi-validated 2035 emissions targets, and like-for-like 2025 reductions of 5.2% in Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 13.8% in Scope 3 emissions. Mobico also reports a place on CDP’s Climate A List and the approval of a new People and Culture strategy.
