Overview

The report presents MTS's first CSR Strategy through 2020 and identifies the Board of Directors and Management Board as its main governing bodies. It reports 28,910 MTS PJSC employees at year-end and describes a two-tier occupational health and safety system. MTS spent RUB 79.6 mln on labor protection in 2016, while 19,872 people received health and safety training. It also describes environmental initiatives including Eco-Office and annual environmental reporting.
