Sustainability Report

The report presents MTS Group's sustainability performance for calendar 2022 across digital society, employees, environment, and governance. It highlights 9,166,839 GJ of group energy consumption, 1,481.492 thousand tonnes of Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions, and extensive resource-efficiency and waste-management activity. The report also describes a 60,772-person year-end employee headcount and programmes supporting inclusion, health and development. ESG oversight is assigned to the ESG Committee of the Board of Directors, with detailed GRI, SASB, TCFD and GSMA disclosures and limited independent assurance of selected indicators.
