ESG and Sustainable Development

The report presents MTS Group's 2025 ESG results across governance, workforce, social investment, and environmental stewardship. It reports more than 61 thousand people in the Group headcount at year-end and a 4.07% year-on-year reduction in electricity consumption. Environmental initiatives included waste sorting in 22 offices and equipment refurbishment, while employee volunteer projects provided 10.2 thousand hours of assistance.
