Overview

The report describes mobilezone's sustainability strategy across Employees, Customers, Smartphone cycle and Environmental management. In 2021, the Group introduced a standardised employee survey and reported that refurbished smartphones represented 1.5 percent of smartphones sold. It also took back 6.4 percent of smartphones sold and used 2,635 MWh of electricity, including 85 MWh from its own solar installations.
