Overview

The report describes mobilezone Group's 2022 sustainability strategy across employees, customers, smartphone cycle and environmental management. It highlights growth of the mobilezone Club to 165,000 members and a Group-wide customer satisfaction index of 106.1. In Switzerland, refurbished smartphones represented 2.8 per cent of smartphones sold, while Group electricity consumption was 2,708 MWh, including 57 MWh from own solar plants. The report also covers 1,045 employees across Switzerland and Germany and says the first Group carbon footprint will be presented in the 2023 sustainability report.
