Sustainability Report

The report presents Moelven's 2019 sustainability priorities across climate-smart products, natural-resource stewardship, people and local assets. It reports 157,519 tonnes of CO2 emissions on a location-based basis, including 13,053 tonnes of Scope 1, 3,880 tonnes of location-based Scope 2 and 141,087 tonnes of Scope 3, alongside 885 GWh of total energy consumption and 12,846 tonnes of waste. The company reports that 100% of sourced timber was checked against controlled-wood requirements, alongside 3,399 employees and 63 employees injured seriously enough to require absence from work.
