Overview

The report highlights FY2025 emissions intensity of 3.8 tonnes of COe/FTE and an approximately 30% reduction across Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions. It reports 58% employee engagement, six workplace lost time injuries and a Board that is 40% female. People initiatives include a Peer Support Champions network that grew to 36, alongside ongoing inclusion and wellbeing programs.
