Sustainability Report

The report presents Moncler's first Sustainability Report and Sustainability Plan, alongside a new board-level sustainability committee. It describes the first materiality analysis and the integration of sustainability considerations into governance and risk management. The workforce reached 2,424 employees at year-end, following 38.1% growth, with women representing 68.1% of employees.
